So, i decided to log about my Camry.

About a Year ago, "2013" i bought my car; a 1992 Toyota camry sedan, unknown trim " assuming it's a LE". Previous owner had a notion that it was a very expensive show car that he built and was selling it for about 6K.. had a body kit, neon lighting, strobe lights, chrome mesh grill, lambo doors, Horrible off brand steering wheel "chrome with useless button and no horn" led turn signal/foglights... list goes on. it also came with a 3sgte from a mr2 uninstalled and a new"er" 5sfe with 150,xxx miles, and a 5-speed swap done. after the swap according to the previous owner, the speedo stop working. But anyways after a long two month discussion i got it and everything extra to go with it for 2 grand.

well i got it home happy ass hell.... there goes my first problem a damn leak.

so took it to work to pinpoint it out " i work at a Honda dealership, so just imagine the colorful wording my co-workers had about a poorly modified camry", come to find that the leak was from the axle input seals, not too much but just enough to make it obvious. So i replaced both sides and top it off with gear fluid.

and again drove it home happy as hell....and drove it some more and blam..... second problem/s.. i broke the damn cheapo steering wheel

so the next day i went to the junk yard and found a beat up grant steering wheel and decided to work on it, lol.

I really like what you've done with the steering wheel, looks awesome Smile How'd you do it? I've still got the OEM one but after 19 years it's starting to look a bit off, trying to heal the leather with leather repair and have a cover over it to try keep the sun off haha.

I suspect the car turns a few heads haha Razz
